Services (continued)

With more and more information and studies about the importance of indoor air quality, All Year Cooling has created a separate department dedicated to educating customers on the subject. Our experts answer all of your questions and provide specialized service and installation of indoor air quality products to help you achieve a cleaner, healthier home.

Duct cleaning is one of the most common ways to improve your indoor air quality. We use the industry standard Rotobrush to gently remove dust, dirt, mold spores and other allergens from your ducts and vents, while at the same time vacuuming unhealthy debris. Our duct repair services will properly seal any leaks or breaks in your ductwork to make sure that you are not wasting money air conditioning your attic space.

All Year Cooling also offers Blue Tube UV filters and in-duct air purifiers to achieve cleaner, healthier air. These products utilize ultraviolet (UV) light to keep the coil, heat strips and blower wheels free of bacteria, mold and various volatile organic compounds, while also cleansing the air of airborne pathogens such as mold spores and viruses.

We even perform a free visual mold inspection for our new installation customers. Swab and air testing are also available to diagnose mold problems in your home. If mold is present, our indoor air quality experts will recommend services to remove the mold, as well as products or steps you can take to prevent mold from returning.

AttiCat Insulation is an Owens Corning product—the industry leader in home insulation—and is used by All Year Cooling to ensure the highest possible quality. Fiberglass insulation is used instead of cellulose, which may have damaging effects when the boric acid on the insulation breaks down in the hot South Florida summers and gets into your home's air. All of our technicians are factory trained by Owens Corning to ensure outstanding service when insulating your attic space. We do not cut corners and, unlike other companies, properly prepare your attic before laying insulation so that your attic can breathe.

Give us a call to learn more about all of our services. An air conditioning expert will answer all of your questions about air conditioners, installation and repair, while indoor air quality and preventative maintenance specialists are on hand to address your questions or concerns.
