All Year Cooling & Heating Dear Jennifer, I would like to thank you and the entire staff at All Year for the outstanding service I recently received. I called your number on Sunday, September 20 when my AlF unit failed. It was a 30 year old unit and I had no intention of repair. The tech who called me was helpful and placed my name and phone number on your call list for Monday, September 21. On Monday, I received a call a tech came by to check my unit. I then placed my order. You set an appointment for 8:00 AM on Tuesday to install a Rheem 2 ton unit. About 7:40 AM Tuesday I received a call that the installation techs were on there way. They arrived and installed my unit -completing installation, testing and removal of the old materials by 4:00 PM. The two young men doing the work were pleasant, communicative and helpful. They explained everything about the unit, demonstrated the functions and made sure I was comfortable with using the unit. They then went over the paperwork and made sure I had the warranty materials for the AlC unit and the new thermostat that was installed. I was quoted a total, completed job cost of $2,260 and that was the amount of my check. No hidden fees or "found" expenses. A turnkey job!
